From Shining Shoes To Multiple 8-Figure Empire w/BK Hopgood

In this week’s episode, I had the pleasure of speaking to BK Hopgood, author, 25+ year

entrepreneur, preacher, speaker, motivator, real estate lender & investor, as he talked about his rise and fall from success.

From a humble beginning, Mr. Hopgood’s tenacity and entrepreneurial spirit have taken him from owning a shoe-shining business to owning a commercial Mortgage company.

Hopgood started a commercial mortgage company back in 2000 and by 2003 became a direct lender with a lending capacity of 150 million dollars. His mortgage company originated more than 300 million dollars worth of “Class A” property types for four consecutive years.

With a passion to evolve in the industry Mr. Hopgood started a commercial acquisition and development company in 2005 and began to develop and build homes before being bought out by a larger home builder in the Dallas area.

Hopgood founded 360 Real Estate Company in 2008 with the goal of having a presence in every sector of the market. With that in mind 360 Commercial Real Estate, 360 Homes and 360 Construction became subsidiaries of 360 Real Estate Company. With Mr. Hopgood's ability to understand and identify the different investment opportunities, he has become a professional in the area of acquisition and development for 360 Real Estate Company.

Mr. Hopgood in 2017 entered into the Hemp & Cannabis space as a manufacturer and processor of high quality hemp derived products. Starting HiTune Distribution & HT Wellness in 2017 the company is a major player in the industry space.
